Larry Hendricks
Owner
Larry Hendricks became the owner of Gary’s Flooring Kitchen & Bath in 2019. He is a native of Toledo, OH, and attended the University of Toledo.
He co-founded two different national companies. One grew from a single retail location to a public company in 15 states. It was twice recognized by Forbes Magazine as “One of the Best 200 Small Companies in America.”
Larry’s passion has always been people. His life and career have been marked by service to others, a value he learned while growing up in a large family.
Since owning Gary’s Flooring Kitchen & Bath, Larry has put his energy into developing his team so it can deliver the highest service possible to the surrounding community.
Dan Aubry
Manager
Dan came aboard Gary’s in 2021. With over 25 years in customer service-related roles and 13 years of experience in various management and leadership roles, Dan is a perfect fit for the Team. Dan handles a lot of the day-to-day operations of the company and helps keep the showroom functioning at its best.
When he’s not at work, you can find Dan on the golf course, fishing, or watching a Buffalo Bills game.
Edgar Albarran
Project Manager
Edgar joined Gary’s in 2023. He comes with over 10 years of management and customer service experience. Edgar has worked in various trades for over 25 years, including his own painting company and 23 years as a certified HVAC tech. He oversees all installations and Q.C. to ensure a quality finished product for all our customers.
In his spare time, Edgar enjoys traveling and playing the guitar.
Mateo "Tater" Garcia
Warehouse Manager
Tater runs the Gary’s Flooring Kitchen & Bath warehouse and ensures materials are delivered on schedule and on time. Prior to this role, Tater worked in various customer service positions for over 8 years. His commitment to excellence helps ensure our installers have what they need to execute a perfect installation every time.
During his off hours, Tater enjoys ziplining, scuba diving, and hiking.
Kyle LaGrow
Builder Consultant
Kyle has been with Gary’s Flooring Kitchen & Bath for over 11 years. He began as a Design Consultant Trainee and now serves as a Sales Manager, Design Consultant, and Certified Kitchen Designer. Kyle has a passion for helping customers exceed their expectations.
In his free time, Kyle likes to travel with his family and spend time on the water with his two sons.
Ben Esparza
Sales Consultant
Ben has been part of the Gary’s Team for five years and has over 13 years in the flooring industry. Ben’s unique background as a project manager combined with his years as an area manager for Stanley Steamer has shaped him into the ideal consultant for our clients.
Ben enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and traveling around the country with his family.
John Dougherty
Sales Consultant
John has been a part of the Gary’s Team since 2022. He has over seven years of customer service experience, as well as extensive consultation experience in the construction industry. John is a career military veteran and his attention to detail is an invaluable asset in helping clients achieve their project goals from conception to completion.
In his free time, John enjoys hiking, fishing, biking, and volunteering for veteran services organizations.
